Made of chilled cast iron, the rolls used on the rubber refining roll are highly durable and feature a great abrasion resistance. The gear reducer used is designed with a hardened surface and is directly connected to the main motor. This reduces noise levels and increases the transmission efficiency. The rubber mill is equipped with rolling bearings, and to accommodate actual working conditions, customers can choose a stand-alone refiner or three or four refiners, which are connected in a cascade formation to form a production line.
