The Double Screw Extruding Sheeter is designed with a compact layout, significantly improving the ease of installation. The transmission system is driven using either a variable frequency motor or an AC motor. A level detector is installed on the twin screw rubber machine to automatically control the speed of extruding and calendering. Made of chilled cast iron, the rolls come with a bored structure, and the gear reducer is designed with a hardened surface in order to reduce wear. The rubber blender saves labor and is an optional addition. The pulling roll is driven using a variable frequency motor, and rotating components on the extruder make use of reciprocating or hydraulic screws.
